We're certainly hoping these guys get to at least complete the part of the mall that's looking kind of bad. My wife refers to it as looking like a prison. However, they have some pretty ambitious plans, and I'm not sure they'll be able to pull off everything they've wanted if Citigroup is fighting things this early into it.
