		<description>Good stuff, Sire.  One of the problems I&#039;ve seen lately, though, is that it&#039;s harder to tell what a good quality stock is.  I mean, who&#039;d have ever thought Yahoo would fall as far as it has?  And the stocks of major banks have taken a major hit also; many in the U.S. are looking at possible decertification from the NYSE; that&#039;s certainly scary.

I do agree with Travis, though, that it&#039;s a very sound strategy overall.</description>

		<description>Too bad a lot of people haven&#039;t been taking this advice Mitch. I have been playing the markets, buying low and selling high, a little and when it works you can make a fair bit of cash, the only problem is, no matter what anyone will tell you, that you never know what a particular stock will do. 

The one thing that I have learned is to buy good quality stocks that pay a fully franked dividend, that way even if the stock goes down you&#039;re still getting a return.
