		<description>I&#039;m with you, Tim.  It would be nice to know that we&#039;re really moving forward, and that, love it or not, President Obama&#039;s stimulus package is working to some degree.  

And the Dow went up today; yay!</description>

We&#039;ve all endured several consecutive months now of horrible job reports, so I feel less shocked every time a new (and worse) report comes out. What will really get me down is if we find out that all of the positive real estate reports that have been released in the past weeks won&#039;t have led to a bottom. While the reports are sporadic, and like today&#039;s new home sales report, remain historically low, there still are positives we can take from them (homebuilder sentiment improved). The overall theme seems to be that &quot;things aren&#039;t getting &lt;i&gt;as&lt;/i&gt; bad as fast as they once were. 

During these times, we&#039;ll take anything we can get.
