The problem with government is that they pass something that’s a good idea, then don’t put it in the hands of people who know the industry so that it won’t get messed up. Not sure if you read my little plan for healthcare, which may be a bit simplistic, but really, I think its more the way to go, and doesn’t get into all these other areas that, in my mind, we certainly don’t need to be getting into at the present time. Yes, let’s address this, and other things, in some fashion, but let’s also bring in some people who really know the industry to help out.

I didn’t realize that was the sort of consulting work you did! I completely agree that the plan the President presented has some real issues. I can certainly agree that there are some issues with our current healthcare system and I would love to see every American be able to get the health care access they require, but I cannot think of a single example in history when the Government created a plan like this and the result was a more efficient system. This could be a real disaster if it gets pushed through .

To be honest, I was as shocked as you did, when I heard President Obama announced the news, Mitch! I had a very bad prediction that there will be many hospital staffs might losing their job in the near future…
