I have to say your post is detailed and informative. Most borrowers find the mortgage process to be mystical and confusing. They take so few loans in their lifetime they never get an opportunity to learn much about them. Even a frequent borrower could not be expected to keep up with the rapidly changing finance world.

Well, I can’t speak for the writer, but I’m one of those people who believes credit scores are overrated and inaccurate, and based on last year when people with great credit scores were being turned down for loans, there’s been nothing that’s changed my mind about it all.
